This role plays a critical role in bridging business needs and data capabilities for the Customer Entitlement initiative The role is responsible for analysing complex data sets, translating business requirements into actionable insights, and supporting the design and delivery of data‑driven solutions that enable informed decision‑making, regulatory compliance, and business performance uplift.
The role requires strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders predominantly in the KYC business, Insto operations, Technology and Risk to:

What will your day look like?
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, problems, and requirements and translate business needs into clear data, reporting, and analytical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify scope, assumptions, and success measures.
- Support change delivery through effective communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
- Identify and review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards
- Work with the project team to ensure business outcomes are achieved within defined cost, time, and quality constraints.
- Analyse large and complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform data profiling, validation, and quality assessment to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Generate insights that support business cases, what‑if scenarios, opportunity sizing, and decision support.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Supporting change governance, planning, and reporting requirements
- Engagement, collaboration, and relationship building with a range of stakeholders including subject matter experts, project team members and leadership
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Core Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
- Ability to define and articulate business and customer needs and drivers to inform decision making, assess and design solution outcomes and identify capability gaps
- Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or analytics roles.
- Ability to translate data insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior and non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong communication, influencing and relationship building ability.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Power BI or similar).
- Understanding of data models, data structures, and data quality principles.
- Experience sourcing and integrating data from multiple systems and platforms.
Ways of Working
- Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and outcomes.
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively across business, risk, and technology teams.
- Understanding of Risk & Change management frameworks in financial services, and their application in both project management and operations perspective
- Able to work autonomously and own deliverables end-to-end.
