About the Role

OD&I delivery practitioners are the ‘delivery engine’ driving end-to-end design and implementation delivery. This role is fungible and required to flex across all OD&I workforce transformation services and activities, as well as engage in delivery of projects across different divisions and geographies. In addition, this role will contribute to the continued development of OD&I services, processes and standards, while uplifting the workforce transformation capability of business areas and stakeholders.

What will your day look like?

• Supporting the delivery of OD&I initiatives, or lead streams of work up to moderate complexity – across end-to-end workforce transformation delivery (from scoping through to implementation)
• Facilitate decision-making by preparing concise papers and insights
• Challenge and advise the project team and stakeholders to ensure optimal value is being provided by OD&I
• Drive the development of key material and provide essential input to solution design
• Demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn, particularly in less familiar OD&I service offerings
• Support project management activities as needed
  
• Contribute to the continued development and uplift of OD&I services, processes and standards
• Contribute to a positive work culture grounded in Enterprise and divisional values and priorities
• Promote and utilise best practice frameworks, , processes and toolkits to support timely and seamless project delivery
• Identify, raise and manage project risks proactively and effectively
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication to drive outcomes and resolve issues
• Delivery project outcomes effectively, while ensuring that Enterprise principles and priorities are logically integrated
• Partner with broader T&C stakeholders and teams to address dependencies, leverage capabilities and ensure alignment

What will you bring?

• Depth and breadth of experience in at least one OD&I service (primarily Organisation Design, Implementation and M&A)
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast, ambiguous environments
• Experience managing, interpreting and translating data into pragmatic insights
• Ability to facilitate workshops with senior audiences
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand frameworks
• Evidenced analytical and problem-solving skills
