About the Role
As a Senior Change & Communication Manager in our Mobile Lending team, you’ll play a key role in orchestrating the change agenda and ensuring effective communication strategies are in place to support these changes. Reporting to the Program Lead and National Change & Business Enablement Lead for Mobile Lending, you will ensure that change is strategically aligned, co-ordinated and well managed with minimal impacts to staff and franchisees, as well as supporting the General Manager, Mobile Lending to manage internal and external communications for the business.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Change & Communication Manager, you are accountable for:

Creating a comprehensive communications plan for the Mobile Lending business, ensuring clear, consistent and timely messaging that is aligned to Divisional and Group agendas

Producing engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including emails, Town Halls, State Meetings and Franchisee Advisory Council

Establishing and leveraging feedback mechanisms to gather input from staff and Franchisees to refine communications strategiesDeveloping and maintaining a co-ordinated change agenda for the Mobile Lending business, balancing strategic, tactical and BaU priorities

Supporting the Program Lead and National Change & Business Enablement Lead for Mobile Lending to prioritise, plan and execute on the change agenda

Engaging with key stakeholders and enablement teams to build support for change initiatives and address concerns proactively

Implementing change management strategies that support the adoption of change initiatives and enable the achievement of business objectives

Monitoring and evaluating change initiatives to assess effectiveness and make adjustments where necessary
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Solid experience in change management and communications, with a proven track record of successfully managing large scale change programs

Change plan - a change plan helps manage the change process, and also ensures control in budget, schedule, scope, communication, and resources. The change management plan will minimize the impact a change can have on the business, employees, customers, and other important stakeholders.

Project management - the ability to apply processes, methods, knowledge and tools to initiate, plan, execute and control projects, in order to achieve specific business success criteria within the parameters of cost, time and quality.

Commercial acumen - the ability to take a big picture view of the organisation, the market, external and internal pressures and trends and identify actions or strategies to drive efficiency and create long-term value.

Impact assessment - the ability to identify future consequences of a current or proposed change on people, processes and/or systems.

Communication strategy - knowledge of how to form a plan to achieve communication objectives. This may apply to internal communications, marketing communications and public relations. A communication strategy has four major components: communication goals, target audience, communication plan and channels.

Stakeholder management - the ability to identify, understand and anticipate the needs of those who can affect or be affected by your work in order to gain commitment.
