About Us

At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.

About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Partnership Portfolio Governance works closely with the Senior Manager to support the coordination, reporting, change management and governance requirements of the partnership portfolio. The role helps keep the portfolio running smoothly through meeting preparation, monthly reporting, pack creation, stakeholder follow ups, and action tracking.

Working across the enterprise, the role offers exposure to multiple parts of the business and a wide range of stakeholders. It also provides the opportunity to work with our strategic partner and gain practical exposure to partnership management. Along the way, the Analyst will help canvass ideas, coordinate inputs, and turn them into clear outputs that support decision making.

This is a strong development opportunity for a curious and capable analyst who wants to learn deeply about partnerships in a large enterprise setting. It would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, builds strong relationships, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity. The role offers hands on exposure to commercial thinking, enterprise-wide impact, senior stakeholders, and strategic partner engagement, while building practical capability in governance, stakeholder management, structured problem solving, and executive pack development.

This role would suit someone who is organised, analytical, commercially aware, and willing to learn. It is well suited to a structured thinker who enjoys variety, likes solving problems, and gets energy from producing high quality work in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with experienced leaders, the successful candidate will gain broad exposure, strong development opportunities, and insight into how strategic partnerships are managed inside a large organisation.
