About the Role

As a Senior Relationship Manager in Lending Services, you will be a key part of a team with responsibility for delivering against the Lending Services Purpose and Strategic Pillars – Customer Experience, Staff Experience, Trusted Advisor and Well Managed. 

 

You will manage a set of the Bank’s more complex high risk Agri customers – developing and reporting on workout and remediation strategies and managing provisions – all under the Well Managed framework.

 

As a Trusted Advisor, you will share your experience with other members of Lending Services, the Business Unit and Risk.  

 

With the customer experience at the heart of everything you do, you will contribute to your team by maintaining a culture of excellence, integrity, trust, continuous learning and growth

 

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 
Work Hours: Permanent, Full time, 40 hrs/week

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Critical thinking to the development of effective strategies for our more complex customers
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal, to engage with customers and other stakeholders
  • Attention to detail ensuring data integrity in core systems/ documentation
  • A proven ability to lead workshops with various stakeholder groups as a Trusted Advisor
  • Ability to manage priorities, processes & others to deliver under Well Managed requirements
