About the Role

As a Srum Master, you will lead three agile delivery squads responsibile for designing and implementing AI-powered solution as part of our Complaints Uplift Program.

 

You will play a key role in enabling the squads to deliver innovative solutions effieciently and iteratively - supporting agile principles and practices, removing blokcer, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will engage with key project stakeholders in Customer Resolution, Data Portfolio, ANZ Plus, Assurance as well as key support in Risk, Technology and Operations to align and manage interdependencies to ensure consistent delivery of outcomes.

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC

Role Schedule: Full Time, Hybrid

What will your day look like?

 

As a Scrum Master, you are accountable for: 

  • Developing squads to be "high performing" by promoting and supporting NWOW and Agile values, principles and practices.
  • Appropriate planning and progress tracking of delivery commitments.
  • Helping squads to deliver by resolving issues or blockers and removing impediments.
  • Support and coach the squads on agile practices with a focus on iterative value delivery
  • Tracking delivery progress using agile tools and providing clear, transparent reporting to program leadership
  • Championing early feedback loops and collaborative solutioning with product owners, business SMEs, data and AI teams, and technology stakeholders
  • Ensuring delivery aligns with regulatory, risk, and data governance standards, particularly in the complaints domain
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and value delivery
  • Run regular squad health checks and update results on confluence for squad and tribe views.

 

 

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex, cross-functional programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage or coach multiple delivery squads concurrently
  • Extensive experience working in an agile environment, at scale.
  • Mastery in agile management tools especially Confluence and JIRA
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated competency to deliver business outcomes
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, data and AI concepts and technology domain.
  • Ability to understand and resolve complex interdependencies.
  • Ability to develop and agree value for change initiatives and track value through execution
  • Demonstrate ANZ values and build customer focused culture, adapting own behaviour to changing demands, fostering collaboration across teams / business units.
