About the Role
This team is responsible for induction, training delivery, driving capability uplift and developing new capability regarding Non-Financial Risk.
The Risk Capability & Coaching Lead is responsible for the following activities:
- Strategy - develop capability & learning strategies that align to Group and the NFR Framework
- Training - develop and maintain induction programs and capability uplift programs to enhance knowledge of NFR across the assurance teams and the Retail Division
- Support – consult on projects that require NFR training, capability change management rollout and embedding and knowledge management
- Building out a robust curriculum to help support the development and growth of our teams in their knowledge of Non- Financial Risk
Role Location: Melbourne or Sydney
Role Type: Permanent, Full time
What will your day look like?
This role is accountable for:
- Collaborate with business heads, functions across Australia Retail and the CCO Portfolio to develop an overall divisional capability strategy for NFR including building out the a Risk Training Academy to uplift capacity across across Australia Retail and the CCO Portfolio
- Collaborate with Leaders in relation to training requirements
- Engage with leaders to ensure capability and training learning outcomes are embedded in the business and are aligned to the NFR Framework and Retail strategy.
- Ensure that delivery of capability and training initiatives are embedded resulting in an uplift in NFR capability
- Ensure adherence to ANZ policies, processes and external regulatory and legislative requirements.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Risk Management and Framework Expertise: In-depth knowledge of risk management principles and frameworks, with the ability to apply this expertise to enhance organizational risk capabilities.
- Training and Capability Development: Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs that uplift team capabilities and drive performance improvements.
- People Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Market/Industry Knowledge: Future-focused and actively understands industry and customer trends to set-up and execute strategy to meet customer needs and expectations now and in the future in the context of Capability and Learning.
- Influence and Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships across the organization and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
