About the Role

This team is responsible for induction, training delivery, driving capability uplift, developing new capability and governing learning compliance. This role supports the Risk Capability and Coaching Lead in uplifting and transforming the Australia Retail NFR capability over the next 1-3years. This involves designing, building, delivering and embedding capability solutions across Australia Retail Division, with a particularfocus on driving NFR knowledge and embedding the NFR Framework.

What will your day look like?

This role is accountable for: 
•    Supporting the execution of strategic innovative learning solutions to grow our Non-Financial Risk (NFR) knowledge, supported bya culture of high performance. This includes critical capability pathways for our teams and leaders across Australia Retail Division,ensuring we meet our regulatory & compliance standards and uplift NFR.
•    Engaging and collaborating with capability peers (including various Talent & Culture squads and Group Risk) and team leads tosupport the delivery of capability solutions for teams and leader NFR capability growth aligned to the Retail Strategy.
•    Supporting the effective management of project work and inter-dependencies to deliver blended learning solutions which include multi-channel materials, initiatives, activities, embedding activities, review frameworks and evaluation criteria

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
•    Communication: Using a variety of media, channels and strategies to convey meaning and ideas to inform, educate or drive action. While we all communicate on a daily basis, this Type of Work specifically applies where you are designing and executing training programs to a different audiences across all levels.
•    Human Centred Design: An approach to problem solving, commonly used in design and management frameworks that develops solutions to problems by involving the human perspective in all steps of the problem-solving process.
•    Instructional design: The ability to design and create learning experiences and materials in a manner that results in the acquisition and application of capability (skills, knowledge and experience).•Relationship Management - building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
•    Planning and Prioritisation: Planning and prioritising what needs to be done (including people, process and technology implications) in order to deliver upon customer/user needs and strategic priorities. This includes identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies.
