The Risk Assessment Testing Manager is critical to making this happen and will have responsibility to ensure that solutions are user acceptance tested in the most efficient way and using automation in alignment with appropriate internal processes and industry best practice. Help deliver great user experience and ensure the performance, stability and reliability of the software applications we deliver. Accessibility, simplicity and customer focus will be on the top of the mind while ensuring the quality of the products we deliver.

Role Type: 18-Month Opportunity

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
  • Extensive experience working in software testing (manual and automation)
  • Experience in business analysis and translating business requirements into solutions by understanding needs, feasibility, and impact
  • Experience in data analysis and translating data into insights and using it to make better business decisions and to deliver customer/user centric solutions
  • Experience in quality assurance and ensuring the quality and viability of working solutions through quality practices and rigorous testing with a customer centric focus
  • Experience in stakeholder management, as well as partnering with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to validate requirements and ensure alignment to value
  • Experience in building automation packs for test execution
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the business, it’s customer related business drivers
  • SME knowledge on the functionality across multiple platforms to raise key gaps in the requirement gathering phase
  • Good analytical thinking skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate showcase with stakeholder groups
  • Ability to define and govern the approach for testing 
  • Ability to manage own analysis work 
  • Ability to contribute to estimating testing activities for the tasks assigned to the team
