About the Role
The Advisor – Resourcing & Coordination is responsible for supporting the Manager – Resourcing & Prioritisation with resource allocation, coordination, onboarding and reporting of Organisation Design & Implementation work, with a particular focus on work led by the business across the bank. The role’s main objectives will be to provide coordination, reporting and capacity allocation support for the Business Led Restructure (BLR) team as well coordinate and manage the onboarding of resources across the broader OD&I team. Additional ad hoc support with reporting and insights will also be required to support effective planning and resourcing decisions.

What will your day look like?
- Coordinate and support the prioritisation and work request process for all Business Led OD&I demand by collating inputs, maintaining accurate records and preparing information to support decision‑making.
- Maintain a clear view of demand, capacity and resourcing by managing the centralised pipeline of work, tracking status, dependencies and resource implications for the Business Led OD&I requests.
- Support resource management activities across the OD&I team, including capacity tracking, allocation support, and the onboarding and reactivation of Third-Party & Perm resources.
- Produce accurate, timely reporting and insights on demand, capacity, utilisation and progress to support planning and resourcing decisions for the Business Led work.
- Partner with Managers, service owners, vendors and delivery practitioners to ensure information, reporting and coordination activities support effective delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and data quality to improve transparency and efficiency across resourcing and coordination activities.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Understanding of program management fundamentals (intake, prioritisation, resourcing, demand management, etc.) and end-to-end workforce transformation (scoping through to implementation)
- Experience driving prioritisation, resourcing and reporting activities
- Ability to think analytically, solve complex problems effectively and efficiently and communicate outcomes clearly to broad and senior audiences
- Highly competent planning and organisation skills – able to manage multiple priorities and streams concurrently, with accuracy and detail
- Experience in program management, portfolio management, PMO, resource management and/or workforce planning
- Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage large data sets, drawing out meaningful insights to inform recommendations
- Third-party vendor support and tracking
