About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will be provisioning tailored banking solutions for experienced commercial and property finance investors operating in Melbourne metropolitan area.
You will be part of an important business within our core home market managing and growing a portfolio of highly valued customer relationships.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
What will your day look like?
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
- Lead the sourcing and management of transactions, developing lending structures and conducting thorough due diligence
- Manage approval processes and documentation and foster stakeholder relationships
- Lead, coach and provide development opportunities for junior team members to allow the achievement of current and future objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in implementing sales, service, operational, process and credit quality initiatives
- Represent Suncorp Bank in the market, networking with key stakeholders
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Extensive experience in commercial banking or real estate finance.
- Strong direct experience leading real estate finance relationships and transactions.
- Strong risk management, relationship management, financial analysis skills to deliver bespoke solutions for our important client relationships.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences and navigating internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments with a customer-centric focus.
- Ability to drive business strategies, foster team growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Established networks to provide new to bank opportunities and support business growth.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or property economics will be highly regarded.
