We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Owner to lead our Wholesale Digital business's new digital Identity Verification capability. In this pivotal role, you will guide a multi-disciplinary team (referred to as 'Squad') to develop and manage an electronic identity verification solution for Wholesale Digital channel users.

Key Responsibilities

Product Backlog Management: 
Create, prioritize, sequence, and maintain the Product Backlog. Assist in elaborating Epics, Themes, and Features into granular user stories achievable within a single sprint.
 

Vision Alignment: 
Convey the vision and goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint, ensuring the Squad remains aligned to these objectives.
 

Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage customers and stakeholders to ensure the Squad is building the right product, and course-correct if necessary.
 

Collaboration:
Liaise with tribe leads and other Product Owners to ensure the Squad receives necessary support to succeed.
 

Agile Ceremonies: 
Actively participate in daily standups, Sprint Planning, Showcases, and Retrospective ceremonies to facilitate efficient product development.
 

Metrics and Feedback: 
Utilize metrics to capture feedback from customers and continually review product progress.
 

Platform Support:
Provide ongoing support for platforms as required, including problem and incident management.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a digital product development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with experience in Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional products that meet customer needs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in identity verification or related fields is a plus.
