Program Overview
The Financial Crime Risk Management Transformation Program aims to reimagine the way financial crime is detected and managed by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and a modern cloud-based technology stack operating on google cloud platform. This program is one of the cornerstone of Group Risk’s strategy to modernize the entire risk function over the next few years as the bank continues its investment in data, AI and technology.
Role Overview
The Product Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Financial Crime Risk Management Transformation Program. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions that transform financial crime risk management and position the organization as an industry leader while also ensuring we transition the existing services to a new ways of working and on a common data eco system within set timeframe and budget.

What will your day look like?
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Vision: Provide visionary leadership to the program, inspiring and rallying the organization towards a common goal of building a state-of-the-art financial crime risk management platform.
- Project / Program Management: Strong experience being a hands on Project / Program Leader. Must be able to demonstrate ability to form a high performing team, manage the team’s performance on a daily basis, take the program from business case / initiation phase to a solid execution plan & deliver the overall scope of the program. Proactively manage risks / issues and work with the stakeholders across the bank to remove key blockers / impediments. Excellent skills in being able to communicate vision, scope, timeline, status of the program to stakeholder at all levels. Adept at utilising industry best practices project management techniques to manage the program of work.
- Stakeholder Management: Influence and manage a diverse set of stakeholders with varying expectations, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
- Technology & Innovation: Leverage expertise in Machine Learning, AI, Big Data, and cloud technologies to design and deliver innovative solutions that address complex financial crime threats.
- Business Acumen: Translate technology solutions into tangible business value, demonstrating a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects.
- Product Management: Bring deep product management expertise to navigate and integrate complex legacy systems, challenge the status quo, and introduce fresh, out-of-the-box thinking.
- Change Management: Drive change within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading large-scale technology programs, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong background in Machine Learning, AI, Big Data, and cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated success in product management and delivering business value through technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
