About the Role
The Product Area lead of Network and Security is responsible for overseeing the network infrastructure and Network security functions of the organization. This role also involves managing a team of network and security product owners, collaborating with various platform owners, internal and external stake holders, managing third party service providers and ensuring the Network availability, and security of the Bank’s IT systems.

What will your day look like?
- Lead and manage a team of network and security product owners, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network and security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with platform owners to ensure seamless integration and address any network or security-related issues.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for network and security infrastructure, staying updated with the latest industry trends.
- Manage budget forecasting, monitor expenditures, and implement Agile methodologies to deliver key initiatives efficiently.
What will you bring?
- Proven Experience in managing teams and collaborating with Platform owners
- 15 + years of experience in Network and security management
- Strong Knowledge of Network infrastructure, security and best practices
- Strong understanding of solution design, automation and architecture
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset to continuously improve the level of insight surfaced
- Experience in managing third parties and external vendors
