This role enable and inspire the squad to pursue its mission by guiding them on "what" work to do. They prioritise work based on delivery of customer value and engage with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies with a Change & Delivery specialisation.

Role Location: Melbourne VIC
Work Hours: Full Time (40 Hours/Week)
What will your day look like?
Your role is to enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to pursue its mission, by guiding them on 'what' work should be completed by the squad. The Procurement Change and Delivery Lead constantly prioritises tasks and the squad’s backlog with the customer at the heart of their decision making. The Procurement Change and Delivery Lead also ensures that the work is strategically aligned to the tribe mission and engages with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies. Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanising the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pace.
What might a 'day in the life' look like for a Procurement Change and Delivery Lead :
• Create, prioritise, sequence and maintain the Product Backlog
• Assist with the elaboration of Themes, Features and Epics into User Stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint
• Convey the vision and goals at the beginning of every Quarter and Sprint and ensure the Squad remains aligned to these
• Review progress and reprioritise or resequence any work that is not complete
• Engage customers and stakeholders to ensure the Squad is working on the right things, and course correct if needed
• Actively participate in daily standups, Sprint Planning, Showcases and Retrospective ceremonies
• Remove roadblocks and manage alignment and interdependencies with other product owners or teams/squads
• Liaise with Tribe and Chapter leadership and other POs to ensure the squad has the support required to succeed
• Advocate the squad mission and refine it with the Tribe Lead where required
• Share the progress of the squad with the wider organisation

You will also have the following specialised skills:
• Awareness of responsible lending environment with deep expertise in the standardised statement of position initiative with a keen interest in regulation
• Strategic capability – translate strategic directive into customer value propositions, products, and for our customers
• Delivery focus – experience in delivering change across our ANZ channels
• Financial acumen – ability to quickly learn financial levers and assess viability of opportunities
