About the Role

This role is critical to uplift the Commercial High Impact Processes (HIPs) in line with HIPs Maturity Framework and Group Process Management Policy and Standard, and NFR Objectives. This role will also identify and support opportunities to improve the Operational Performance of HIPs to uplift customer and user experience.

What will your day look like?

As the Process Engineer – High Impact Process, you will be working in a cross-functional team supporting the HIP maturity uplift for Commercial Division. Key accountabilities are: 

 

  • Review E2E Signavio Commercial HIP processes to identify uplift requirements to meet HIP Maturity & Group Process Management Policy & Standards
  • Remediate HIP processes as per requirements 
  • Support Assurance, Data and other key stakeholders to review, update and potentially optimise processes to support NFR objectives
  • Complete process identification and modelling for Collateral, Guarantee and Customer Data Management to support the establishment of these HIPs
  • Support operational performance deep dives & improvement to uplift customer and user experience
  • Provide implementation support for CPS230/NFR programs for process related matters
     

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Experience in applying E2E process architecture to identify potential gaps in business processes
  • Risk and issue management: The ability to identify and assess risks, determine the corrective action required to control or eliminate the risks and effectively manage issues that arise.
  • Controls design: The ability to specify and designing controls (e.g., a process, device or practice) to prevent, detect or remediate identified risks.
  • Proven track record in applying Lean and data-driven approach to identify and implement process improvements and drive tangible customer/business outcomes
  • Stakeholder management: The ability to identify, understand and anticipate the needs of those who can affect or be affected by your work in order to gain commitment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and simplify complex messages to stakeholders
  • Critical Thinking: The ability to use logic and reasoning to analyse, evaluate and synthesize a range of information to understand an opportunity or challenge
  • Planning and Prioritisation: Planning and prioritising what needs to be done (including people, process and technology implications) in order to deliver upon customer/user needs and strategic priorities. This includes identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies.
