About the Role
This role is responsible to support the uplift of the Commercial High Impact Processes (HIPs) in line with HIPs Maturity Framework and Group Process Management Policy and Standard, and NFR Objectives. This includes process modelling, linking dependencies (controls, systems, etc.), and the analysis of operational process performance.

What will your day look like?
As the Process Analyst – High Impact Process, you will be primarily support the Process Engineer – High Impact Process role, as part of a cross-functional project team with people from Risks, Product, Process and Data.
- Review E2E Signavio Commercial HIP processes to identify uplift requirements to meet HIP Maturity & Group Process Management Policy & Standards
- Process modelling in line with Group Process Management Standards
- Support Process Lead and Risks to link risks dependencies to the processes
- Support Process Lead for the process identification and modelling for Collateral, Guarantee and Customer Data Management to support the establishment of these HIPs
- Support Process Lead in the operational performance deep dives & improvement to uplift customer and user experience
- Support Commercial HIPs Working Groups as required
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Working knowledge in process mapping in Signavio - ANZ enterprise process management system
- Ability to communicate effectively and simplify complex messages to stakeholders
- Critical Thinking: The ability to use logic and reasoning to analyse, evaluate and synthesize a range of information to understand an opportunity or challenge
- Journey mapping: The ability to create a visualisation of a process or product to understand user experiences (how people use the product and their pain points) to help design a better user experience.
- Active Learning: The ability to actively engage in learning and consume information in a way that results in a shift in thought process and/or mindset, and applying learnings to problem solving and decision making.
- Lead Six Sigma Yellow/White Belt desired
