About the Role
The Privacy Reforms Program is an enterprise-wide three-year program that has been established in response to Privacy risks and regulations continuously evolving. In Australia, the tranche 1 reforms passed in Sep 2024 introduced new obligations coupled with heightened penalties. It is pivotal that we remain proactive in our approach to ensure we meet these new obligations and increasing community expectations.
We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to join our Privacy Reforms Program. In this role you will be responsible for managing the change and comms for the overall program with any associated change initiatives, delivering specific change deliverables including end-to-end design of the change and comms approach and stakeholder engagements. Thus, helping the program to meet business and schedule objectives, while landing change safely for our people.

What will your day look like?
- Driving the change and comms approach, plan and delivery, and providing change leadership.
- Identifying and gathering project/cross project change impacts to define targeted plans for communications, stakeholder engagement, learning change readiness, workforce planning, metrics and evaluation.
- Reviewing/developing end-to-end customer and employee journeys, to understand enterprise integration points, and implement change solutions that enable the future design and experience.
- Scoping and developing change communication plans & artefacts to support successful change delivery, engaging communication representatives when required.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on artefacts that support the employee journey (e.g., communications, training).
- Supporting the embedment of change in the business in collaboration with divisional change teams to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
- Identifying potential change risks, issues or anticipated points of friction, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
- Leveraging data and metrics to make informed decisions and guide iterative change, understanding lag and lead measures and how to use them.
What will you bring?
- Previous in-depth experience (10+ years) as a Change Manager/Senior Change Manager or similar position, across project and change methodologies e.g., Agile and Traditional
- Expert mastery and experience in Change Management principles, methods, processes, techniques, and industry best practice
- Evidence of successfully led change initiatives with quality outcomes.
- Experience leading, motivating, and managing various change teams, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with stakeholders, influencing, and gaining buy in.
- Ability to consider short and long-term workforce needs of the program and develop a recommendation of change resources required.
