What will your day look like

ANZ Private caters to some of the most influential and highest net worth individuals and family groups in Australia and internationally, assisting them to manage, grow and preserve their assets. We provide our clients with a personalised relationship and holistic solutions tailored to their values, aspirations & needs. ANZ Private intersects with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including Retail, Commercial & Corporate with established connectivity with those stakeholder groups.
The role is responsible for supporting the Head of Portfolio Implementation in day to day implementation, attribution analysis, and production of performance data relating to ANZ Private Banking & Advice (ANZPB&A) discretionary portfolios. The role is expected to work closely with frontline to help answer queries on portfolios as well as ad-hoc reporting requirements from the broader Investment Office team. The role requires strong analytical skills, relevant experience with systems such as Factset, Bloomberg or Morningstar Direct as well as the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.

What will you bring?

To be successful in the role, you will ideally have the following experiences, knowledge and skills:

  • Finance or Economics Degree, with industry relevant post graduate qualification, Masters or CFA preferred
  • Portfolio implementation management experience and understanding of portfolio construction
  • Market Analytics platform experience is a plus, preferably Factset, Bloomberg and/or Morningstar Direct
  • Resilient, fast paced with a strong growth mindset
  • Ability to build productive relationships with team members and clients
  • Ability to Identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses
