About the Role
Lending Securities as a Service (LSaaS) is a business service for Collateral Management across ANZ. We are seeking a PMO Manager to support the team with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Role Type: Fixed Term
Role Location: Melbourne
What will your day look like?
This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and will be responsible for supporting:
- monitoring project plans, timelines, and budgets against key milestones and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
- preparing regular status reports, dashboards, and other analytical outputs to provide stakeholders with insights into project performance, risks, and issues.
- assisting in resource allocation and capacity planning efforts to ensure optimal utilization of resources across projects within the portfolio.
- reporting on project risks and issues, conducting risk assessments, and working with project teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- maintaining project document repositories (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) and ensuring appropriate user access.
- assisting in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
- assisting in maintaining project governance frameworks, including project charters, governance structures, and decision-making processes.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- 5+ years experience in in project coordination or project support roles, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing and relationship building ability across junior and senior levels
- A “can do” attitude and a desire to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate.
- Ability to apply change management practices, communicate direction, rationale and outcomes clearly (bring people on the journey) and a continuous improvement approach based on feedback loops
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and assessing risks, and complying with risk management processes and policies.
- Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem solving techniques.
