About the Role

As a PMO Finance Manager, you will be part of the Institutional Capital Reforms Program, a high priority program that will deliver a number of major system and process changes in response to the requirements released by APRA under APS 112 and APS 113. These changes will impact on a number of existing ANZ systems and result in significant technology and process changes that will need to be effectively defined, planned, implemented and adapted by the organisation to ensure compliance with the new requirements.

 

This role will be critical PMO resource managing the PMO Finance function of the Institutional Banking Capital Reforms Program.

What will your day look like?

This role is accountable for the following in the context of the Institutional Capital Reforms Program program: 

  • Responsible for program financials management, including budget, invoicing, reconciliations, forecasting, reporting. Procurement relationship management, Vendor & Contract Mgt.
  • Financial reporting including dashboarding, performance analysis, modelling, creating best in class financial management models to support effective decision making
  • Financial papers and financial statement analysis.  Presenting to senior stakeholders/investment committees.
  • Flexible to lean into wider program governance activities, i.e. project planning, status reporting, risks & issues management.
  • Interface with stakeholders across the Program, Institutional Banking, Group Risk, Technology and other teams
  • Manage the input, tracking and reporting of program financial transactions
  • Prepare financial reporting in accordance with program and ADP requirements
  • Design, implement and manage a fit for purpose financial model to facilitate the financial management of the program.
  • Produce detailed financial analysis and reporting including dashboards, modelling, etc
  • Presenting financial positions to senior stakeholders/investment committees
  • Attending and actively contributing to team meetings, including regular stand ups and team planning sessions
