About the Role

 

OD&I delivery practitioners are the 'delivery engine' driving end-to-end design and implementation delivery. This role is fungible and required to flex across all OD&I workforce transformation services and activities, as well as engage in delivery of projects across different divisions and geographies. In addition, this role will contribute to the continued development of OD&I services, processes and standards, while uplifting the workforce transformation capability of business areas and stakeholders.

What will your day look like?

As a Lead – OD&I, core accountabilities include:


• Leading the delivery and day-to-day management of OD&I initiatives or streams of work of moderate-high urgency and complexity – across end-to-end workforce transformation delivery (from scoping through to implementation)
• Ensuring clear and timely decisions are made so work can proceed at pace and ensure roadblocks are removed that inhibit the ability to deliver the initiative
• Engaging and closely partnering with business leaders, T&C BPs, T&C, cross-functional leads and other key stakeholders to deliver the initiative
• Performing facets of project management including supporting governance, conducting critical path analysis, dependency, issue and risk management, stakeholder management, and supporting budget, resource and scope management
• Identifying and managing interdependencies across the program ensuring minimal disruption or risk to execute the work
• Monitoring key metrics for measuring program success and lead project reporting and tracking

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

• Depth and breadth of experience across OD&I services (primarily Organisation Design, Implementation and M&A)
• Experience in leading teams to execute business change including key stakeholder management along the journey
• Ability to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholders
• Identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses
• Experience in complex stakeholder management and leading multiple streams of work and/or projects
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Extensive experience in large-scale project and program management, including governance, critical path analysis, dependency, issue and risk management, stakeholder management, supporting budget, resource and scope management
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, being able to diagnose root cause problems and determine solutions.
• Experience in supporting the professional development and capability uplift of teams.
