About the Role
This role will support the Enterprise Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Framework & Governance function and work with Senior Leaders and Stakeholders across the Business, Line 1 and Line 2, to ensure they meet the requirements of ANZs NFR Framework in effectively managing Non-Financial Risk within risk appetite.
This role will foster strong working relationships with Senior Leaders, Stakeholders and Internal Audit partners, providing Subject Matter advice/guidance and insight on Non-Financial Risk Framework and Governance.

What will your day look like?
The Enterprise NFR Framework & Governance function will:
- Set the ANZ approach to Non-Financial Risk (develop and implement the enterprise-wide end-to-end Non-Financial Risk Framework and Governance).
- Drive continuous improvement in the enterprise Non-Financial Risk Framework (including standards, processes, guidance, tooling, data-informed insights, awareness & understanding).
- Provide effective oversight and governance activities of enterprise-wide Non-Financial Risk management to the Group Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), OREC and Board Risk Committee, including provide value-add insights and opinions on how well ANZ is effectively managing Non-Financial Risk within risk appetite and required uplift.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Tertiary qualified with relevant experience in Non-Financial Risk and Framework application or related disciplines
- Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional/risk based manner
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence/negotiate change
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
- Demonstrates New Ways of Leading (NWOL) attributes, including: Curiosity, Creating Shared Clarity, Empowering People, Connecting with Empathy and Growing People Selflessly.
