About the Role

As a NFR Project – Senior Business Analyst in our Group Risk Transformation Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to drive the delivery of key operating model changes. This role requires strong business analysis skills, delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience in delivering operating model changes is highly desirable.

What will your day look like?

As a Non-Financial Risk – Senior Business Analyst, you are accountable for:

  • Leading the Business analysis and delivery of operating model change initiatives across ANZ.

  • Collaborating with senior leadership at ANZ to ensure strategic objectives are met.

  • Driving operational transformation through effective change management strategies.

  • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects, managing budgets, risks, and resources.

  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of operational changes and alignment with broader company goals at ANZ.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects, with a focus on operating model changes.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including managing senior leadership expectations at ANZ.

  • Background in leading operational transformation or model change initiatives is preferred.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies to enhance the flexibility and responsiveness of operating model change initiatives.

  • Significant experience in delivering operating model changes and transformation initiatives.

  • Expertise in operational change management, with a focus on driving business transformation.

  • Background in working with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale change initiatives at ANZ.
