About the Role

You will be responsible for driving innovation in media advertising technology by leveraging tools and best practices to deliver effective media, refine audience targeting, and improve campaign ROI. The role enhances digital capabilities with a focus on integrating a CDP and future proofing adtech platforms. By continuously evolving adtech strategies and implementation, this position empowers ANZ and Suncorp Bank to deliver data-driven and impactful advertising solutions.

 

This role will involve interaction with the following stakeholder groups
•    ANZ and Suncorp Bank Marketing 
•    Product Marketing 
•    MarTech
•    Technology
•    Procurement
•    Advertising team

 

Role Location: Melbourne, VIC or Brisbane, QLD

Role Type:  12 month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time

What will your day look like?

As the Media Adtech Manager, you will be accountable for:

•    Producing deep data insights using adtech tools for digital media campaigns to measure performance.
•    Identifying trends, discrepancies and data issues to provide opportunities for adtech or process improvement.
•    Ensuring consistency across ad tools used by Suncorp Bank and applied by ANZ.
•    Identifying opportunities for improving media efficiency, audiences, campaign targeting, and overall ROI through advanced adtech techniques and best practices.
•    Develop and deliver a strategic plan for enhancing digital capabilities with a focus on future proofing and revenue growth opportunities.
•    Manage integration, set-up and continual evolution of adtech by connecting marketing efforts to Martech.
•    Managing access to adtech platforms and verification processes 
•    Managing the set-up and administration of media agency and ANZ tools such as pixels.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
•    Strong media adtech and digital marketing experience.
•    Strong communication, problem solving and quantitative analysis skills. Ability to translate analysis outcomes into actions.
•    Evidence of strong relationship building skills across multiple stakeholders, including experience working with vendors.
•    Technical minded with background in software application, customer service and/or business support role.
•    Business / Commercial acumen: Track record of being able to deliver both commercial results and better customer experiences. Acts as a trusted advisor 
•    Great conceptual thinker and deep understanding of Customer Experience (CX) principles, frameworks and methodologies.
•    Understands privacy regulations, ITP, cookie deprecation and how it is impacting media and adtech
•    Gets people excited about an idea, concept, product or service being offered. Carefully prepares arguments and presentations ahead of meetings
•    Identifies opportunities for improvements in outcomes, processes and systems to improve results and performance
•    Experience working in a corporate environment and establishing new process in a complex organisation desirabl
