About the Role
The Masterplan Project Controller is required to support the Masterplan Program Management Office (PMO) with key project controls and management. The key areas of support envisaged are:
1. ANZ’s Delivery Framework (ADF): The ADF is the enterprise‐wide delivery framework. It's designed for any delivery activity performed within the bank, and is mandatory for delivery involving a technology solution.
2. ANZ’s Third‐Party Risk Management Framework (TPRMF): The TPRMF provides the foundation and arrangements that will help embed the right behaviours, processes and practices for managing third‐party risk at ANZ.
3. ANZ’s Operational Contract Management Framework (OCMF): The OCMF provides a structured and consistent approach in managing supplier relationships.
This will include:

Managing the on‐boarding (and off‐boarding) of 833 Masterplan partners, suppliers, consultants, and contractors

Developing plans and supporting the delivery of initiatives by improving controls, risk management, processes, and project activity, in line with the Masterplan program and schedule

Leading ADF activities for Masterplan initiatives

Leading TPRM activities for Masterplan initiatives

Leading OCMF activities for Masterplan initiatives

Ensuring alignment and adherence with ANZ policies, processes and standards and with external regulatory and legislative requirements, which includes ADF, TPRMF, and OCMF.

Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment, Full-time
What will your day look like?
In this role, you will:

Develop, maintain and support collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Lead the day to day ADF, TPRMF and OCMF activities to support timely project delivery in line with ANZ processes and procedures

Supported by Procurement, lead supplier related issues and escalations

Assist the PMO and Procurement in the development and implementation of appropriate supplier governance strategies and processes

Assist in ensuring that suppliers meet agreed service standards as captured in the contracts, and support PMO and the project team by helping to ensure that contracts and contract changes (variations) are documented and recorded (project artefects)

Build collaborative relationships to understand project requirements and assess vendor capabilities and performance against those requirements

Ensure supplier risks are proactively identified, documented and managed; and that any supplier issues are raised and remediated in a timely manner through collaboration and influence with the relevant teams.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong planning and prioritization skills, in order to support the PMO in delivering project requirements. This includes identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies.
- Effective identification, documentation and execution of process improvements including collaboration with stakeholders to ensure complete user needs are met.
- The ability to provide advice, recommendations and thought leadership, based on expertise and experience
- Strong ability to build, maintain and influence relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail, process and documentation management
- Excellent problem solving skills and understanding of systems logic
- Bachelor degree or higher in related field
