About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting overseeing the MRM platform and the holistic enablement, planning and operational performance across the broader marketing team, including risk management and compliance and works closely with the Marketing Operations Lead and Head of Operations & Delivery GTM with regards to process.
This role will involve interaction with the following stakeholder groups
- Risk function
- Technology
- Product marketing
- Advertising team
Role Location: Melbourne, VIC or Brisbane, QLD
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
What will your day look like?
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Marketing operational management and MRM platform ownership
- Supporting management of the Marketing GTM processes, prioritisation and systems that enable the function.
- Streamline and optimise the processes and ensure the marketing systems are in place to deliver the optimised processes.
- Centre of excellence for the function for support on Ways of working and Process improvements.
- Ensure well managed and compliance is completed within the function.
- Supporting any technical system builds within Australia division marketing, managing system changes and conducting impact assessments.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Marketing operations including marketing system experience
- Technical minded with background in software application, customer service and/or business support role.
- Marketing planning and Operations experience
- Strong communication, problem solving and quantitative analysis skills. Ability to translate analysis outcomes into commercial solutions.
- Evidence of strong relationship building skills across multiple stakeholders, including experience working with vendors.
- Identifies opportunities for improvements in outcomes, processes and systems to improve results and performance
