About the role

Managers form the bedrock of the Structured Asset Finance team by supporting transaction originators in preparing sales material, processing client funding requests and monitoring covenants on existing transactions.

What will your day look like

  • Preparing sales material for customer pitches
  • Preparing credit submissions
  • Managing drawdowns under existing programmes
  • Monitoring customer compliance with facility terms
  • Maintaining transaction pipeline

What will you bring?

  • Good understanding of Credit process/procedures
  • Good Financial modelling skills – including familiarisation with Excel and how to set up models in Excel.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Tax related to asset financing.
  • Legal experience, or familiarity with reviewing and amending loan documentation.
  • Knowledge of leasing, lending and receivables finance
  • Advanced financial modelling including familiarisation with Visual Basic
  • Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Law or similar field
  • Industry qualifications like CPA, CA.
  • Prior experience in banking, leasing or other finance sector entity.
