Manager, Product & Pricing
About Us
At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.
About the Role
This role exists to provide second line oversight of non-financial and operational risks across Retail Australia Value Chain activities, particularly on the product & pricing portfolio. It supports independent review, challenge and advice on risk identification, the quality of risk assessments, and control design and effectiveness across processes, systems and data where relevant. The role provides risk insight and analysis to support governance and decision-making, promotes adherence to risk and compliance frameworks, and identifies and escalates material control gaps where effectiveness is insufficient. The role works closely with business stakeholders and senior risk partners, applying sound judgement while remaining independent of first line ownership of controls, remediation delivery and operational execution. To be successful in this role you will bring strong understanding of the Retail business environment and the ability to apply practical risk judgement across business and enabling function contexts.
