As a Manager, Process Enablement you will rethink and redesign the way work is done and be integral to enabling automation programs to deliver great customer experiences, increase revenue, and reduce costs enterprise wide.

What will your day look like?

 

 

Your typical day or week will include: 

 

 

•    Support the uplift of a process-driven approach for non-financial risk management across Australia Institutional business by delivering E2E process mapping & system configuration of division’s operations with key dependency, risk and control overlays
•    Document important operations of their dependencies, supporting divisional operational enablement team to create sustainable Business Continuity Plans and setting tolerance for disruption
•    Organise and facilitate workshops for the identification and documentation of critical and important operations
•    Documentation of outcomes from workshops, data analysis and review, development of relevant supporting procedures and frameworks and stakeholder engagement across the organisation
•    Developing solutions (process & tools) to support divisional adoptions with process-driven approach for non-financial risk management
•    Responsibility for quantifying current state process performance, documenting SME pain points and identifying the key improvements required to improve performance and facilitating implementation of changes and assessment of benefits

 

What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring: 

 

 

•    Background in process management and governance with strong understanding of process architecture, value chain design and customer journey mapping.
•    BMPN2.0 knowledge and ability to conduct process modelling at the right level
•    Experience in using enterprise level process management tool (Signavio experience preferred)
•    Lean Six-Sigma qualified (Black-belt)
•    Logical, structured thinking and comfort with both data analysis and ambiguity, resulting in the ability to pragmatically break down complex problems, understand the key drivers and the improvement areas that will result in the biggest impacts
•    Ability to deliver tangible results in compressed timeframes across a variety of businesses, countries, and products
•    Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in all forms and simplify complex messages to stakeholders at all levels
