About the Role
As Manager, Climate Scenario Analysis in the Climate Risk team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the bank's capability uplift in climate scenario analysis and its effective integration into ANZ’s risk management framework.

What will your day look like?

Leading and contributing to qualitative climate risk heatmapping to enable periodic horizon scanning for climate-related risks and opportunities in collaboration with ANZ partner teams.

Supporting external disclosures with climate scenario analysis input.

Supporting and contributing to the development of ANZ’s approach to climate scenario analysis, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Keeping abreast of latest industry developments and best practice on climate risk & scenario analysis, considering potential impacts on banking activity.

Supporting and contributing to strategic climate scenario analysis initiatives, including its integration into risk management and strategic decision-making activities.

Supporting and contributing to initiatives that support the delivery of key strategic priorities.

Providing climate risk and scenario analysis subject matter expertise to key stakeholders.
What will you bring?
