About the Role

As Manager, Climate Scenario Analysis in the Climate Risk team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the bank's capability uplift in climate scenario analysis and its effective integration into ANZ’s risk management framework.

What will your day look like?

• Leading and contributing to qualitative climate risk heatmapping to enable periodic horizon scanning for climate-related risks and opportunities in collaboration with ANZ partner teams.

• Supporting external disclosures with climate scenario analysis input.

• Supporting and contributing to the development of ANZ’s approach to climate scenario analysis, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Keeping abreast of latest industry developments and best practice on climate risk & scenario analysis, considering potential impacts on banking activity.

• Supporting and contributing to strategic climate scenario analysis initiatives, including its integration into risk management and strategic decision-making activities.

• Supporting and contributing to initiatives that support the delivery of key strategic priorities.

• Providing climate risk and scenario analysis subject matter expertise to key stakeholders.
