About the Role

 

Are you passionate about supporting customers to achieve their financial goals and committed to delivering exceptional service every day? We are seeking a Lending Consultant to join the Suncorp Bank Contact Centre - Lending Team in Melbourne.

 

In this role, you will be the trusted voice assisting customers with a range of Everyday Banking and Lending enquiries, including account openings and maintenance of existing loans, while effectively balancing customer needs, risk considerations, and performance expectations.

 

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands, Melbourne
Role Type: Multiple vacancies - all permanent, full time roles
Work hours: 37.5 hours per week


We operate Mondays to Fridays from 8AM – 7PM

What will your day look like?

 

As a Lending Consultant, you will be responsible for:

 

• Delivering personalised and memorable experiences for every customer
• Providing clear, accurate information and guidance across banking and lending processes
• Building trust through active listening, empathy, and professional communication
• Collaborating with a team committed to people, performance, and outstanding customer outcomes
