About the Role


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Commercialisation Performance, the Lead, Digital Commercialisation Performance (Analytics) leads the digital analytics, tracking and MarTech measurement capability that enables accurate, connected and trusted digital performance data across Digital Commercialisation & Growth.

The role is accountable for creating and translating measurement playbooks into implemented tracking requirements, ensuring digital performance dashboards are fit for purpose, governed tightly and reliably across web, app, 1:1, campaign and funnel journeys.

The role ensures digital data is treated as a core business, technology and MarTech asset, not simply a reporting tool. It partners with Technology, Data, Marketing & Product teams to ensure analytics requirements, data feeds, identifiers, latency, event availability and downstream use cases are understood and prioritised. This includes supporting deep-dive analytics, as well as broader use cases.

What will your day look like?


Analytics Implementation & Tracking Consistency

  • Create and translate measurement playbooks into analytics implementation requirements, including events, tags, variables, data layer needs, dashboards and validation criteria.
  • Lead consistency of Adobe Analytics tracking across web, app, campaign, 1:1, funnel and digital journey experiences.
  • Provide tagging requirements to delivery teams and validate that tracking is implemented and firing as expected.
  • Support release readiness by embedding analytics validation earlier in delivery and reducing post-release data quality issues.

Digital Data Connections & MarTech Use Cases

  • Ensure Adobe and related digital data connections support reporting, journey analytics, personalisation, Pega CDH, lead management, model builds, retargeting, suppression and remediation use cases.
  • Ensure visibility of dependencies across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Audience Manager, data layer, Pega, dashboarding and other connected tools.
  • Ensure analytics implementation supports both performance reporting and broader MarTech, customer engagement and operational use cases.

 
Analytics Platform Governance & Data Quality

  • Manage the Digital Analytics MarTech (primarily Adobe) and support governance of Adobe Analytics and related measurement standards, including naming conventions, tracking standards, segment libraries, access, documentation and quality controls.
  • Monitor data quality, tracking integrity and known analytics issues, escalating and coordinating remediation where required.
  • Support the operating model for analytics requests, prioritisation, change control and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage analytics asset hygiene, debugging, documentation and platform knowledge transfer to lift self-service capability.


Stakeholder Enablement & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as DCG’s analytics SME for Adobe and connected MarTech measurement, supporting Product, Performance, Marketing, Personalisation, Site, Data and Technology stakeholders.
  • Enable analysts and business stakeholders to understand available data, limitations, definitions and correct usage. Manage Adobe - Analytics tools Access Management.
  • Identify opportunities to automate analytics validation, improve delivery controls and lift confidence in reporting and decision-making.
  • Support evolution of the analytics roadmap so tooling remains reliable, scalable and aligned to strategic platforms and future customer journeys.

What will you bring?


Must have knowledge, skills and experience

  • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, digital tagging, data layers and analytics implementation across web and/or app environments.
  • Ability to translate business measurement needs into clear technical analytics requirements and validation criteria.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, campaign tracking, event-based measurement and data quality controls.
  • Experience managing analytics implementation standards, documentation, debugging and release validation.
  • Ability to work with Technology, Data, MarTech and business teams to align data connections, identifiers, latency and downstream use cases.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to explain technical analytics issues in clear business language.


Good to have knowledge, skills and experience

  • Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Pega CDH, digital personalisation, decisioning or marketing activation platforms.
  • Experience with analytics QA automation, regression testing, CI/CD integration or AI-assisted analytics validation.
  • Knowledge of privacy, consent, data governance, media pixels, conversion tags, suppression audiences and regulated digital environments.
  • Experience supporting model inputs, retargeting, remediation, stability/error reporting or operational analytics use cases.
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI or comparable data and reporting tools.

 
Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Analytics, Technology, Digital, Marketing, Data, Business or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Adobe Analytics, tag management, data visualisation, analytics implementation or agile delivery certifications are advantageous.
