About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to act as the first point of contact for our internal studio BlueSky. You will work alongside our account managers and studio team to support in building and managing client relationships, taking briefs, prioritising work, timelines and managing resources  while ensuring that processes are always adhered to with the result being high quality work delivered on time and exceeding expectation.

You will support the whole studio team while actively learning to ensure that every project moves through on- brief, on-time, on-budget, and support the smooth flow of work between various stakeholders and teams.   It would be of benefit for you to possess a strong appreciation and some background and understanding in aspects of design, asset production and the digital landscape, brand, and campaign development.

What will your day look like?

• Involvement and support in project management from briefing to billing.

• Involvement and support in building and maintaining strong relationships across the business.

• Support in financial planning and forecasting (project related).

• Support in End-to-end financial management for all projects.

• Learning and understanding of clients’ businesses and product/service offerings.

• Creative quality control and ensuring brand guidelines are upheld.

• Booking and managing resources as requirements.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• 1+ year as a junior account manager or 2+ years in a marketing related role.

• Confidence interacting with people across all departments and levels of the organisation both internally and externally.

• Service driven with a desire to deliver beyond expectation.

• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

• A people person with the desire to be a true team player and deliver for the team working in professional and respectful manner.

Some additional ‘nice to have’ skills for this role include:

• Previous experience in Adobe creative suite, figma and or other design / production based programs.

• Have worked in large scale organisation with complex stakeholder landscape

• First hand experience in end to end campaign development and management.

• Studio management / traffic / production experience
