Term Loans and Offsets are two of the key commercial product lines that assist our commercial customers to start, run and grow their business. This role will be supporting the Product Manager in the effective management and monitoring of these. You will be working with a wide range of distribution, operations and technology stakeholders to deliver the best customer outcome.

The purpose of the Business Lending Tribe is to make great business lending experiences possible for our Business Owner customers. Our aim is to provide our customers with simple, industry-leading business lending solutions, quickly, reliably and cost-effectively. Our focus is on improving Business Lending products, processes and systems whilst role modelling a strong risk management framework through the delivery of initiatives.

The Product Management Team combines product proposition and campaign development with end-to-end product management responsibilities for the five different product lines.  We have an opportunity for a Journey Expert to directly support a Product Manager in a specific product line for business term loans and offsets.

As with most product roles, the work will vary and could involve product design, strategy, momentum activities, monitoring, day to day management and adherence to ANZ Product Management Policy.  You will continually look to champion the product(s) internally and act as a subject matter expert in your area. While you will primarily support a specific product/stream, there is also the opportunity for you to work across other products within the broader team where capacity is required, and to work on initiatives that span more than one product.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Change Management, Business Analysis, and/or Delivery Management
• Business lending and product management/proposition development experience (highly desired for this opportunity)
• Collaborative approach to problem solving with experience in influencing outcomes
• A strong commercial, analytical and strategic mindset and skillset
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer & banker experiences
• Ability to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholders
• Ability to identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies
• Ability to make decisions autonomously and communicate direction, rationale and outcomes clearly - bring people on the journey
• Ability to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate.
