About the Role

The mission of the Journey Expert Fraud Systems is to assist the Product Owner with BAU management project delivery across fraud systems, primarily the Falcon and Hunter, which are aimed at detecting and preventing frauds and scams and support the broader Customer Protection business to enable ANZ to meet its customer, risk, regulatory and compliance obligations.

 

You will bring your experience in fraud systems and business processes, working closely with the Technology teams to deliver against strategic goals of automating and innovating ANZ’s customer protection platforms.

What will your day look like?

As a Journey Expert Fraud Systems, your role is to assist the Product Owner with management and implementation of fraud systems. The Journey Expert Fraud Systems also ensures that the work is strategically aligned to the tribe mission and engages with business SMEs and technology to align and manage interdependencies. Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key role that will deliver the vision of Customer Protection and successfully deliver customer value at pace.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Knowledge of Fraud and Scams business and systems is preferable
  • Understanding of cloud technologies - AWS/GCP/AZURE or equivalent
  • Solid Incident management / service management experience
  • Strong Business Analysis and project delivery experience across business and technology
  • Experience of working across multiple initiatives OR run an initiative end-to-end (preferred)
  • Negotiating with and Influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business, technology and risk/assurance stakeholders.
  • Strong risk management
  • Proactively identify, support and drive opportunities for change
  • Curious and looking for new opportunities to challenge and improve existing processes
