About the Role
As a Journey Expert, you will be responsible for working in the Fix and Comply Credit Card squad in the Find, Fix & Remediate (FFR) Team within the Everyday Banking (EDB) Portfolio. Your mandate in this role will be to investigate issues, fix them in a timely manner, share learnings to ensure our products work as expected and prevent further customer remediation. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of NFR Hub and ASIC Reportable Events.

What will your day look like?
Your role will involve using your strong business analysis and change / project management skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to:
- Investigate process, system and gap analysis relating to risk events.
- Identify and capture detailed business requirements.
- Conduct impact and risk assessments.
- Own, organise and support change and implementation activities to ensure all impacted teams and roles are trained, equipped and ready to absorb/manage change.
- Develop business testing strategy and plans and coordinate/execute on these.
- Conduct data analysis to assess customer impacts and support remediations.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with banking systems (e.g. CAP, Vision Plus and CTM).
- Strong understanding of banking products, service, channels, with knowledge specifically in Credit Cards, Personal Lending and Deposits is highly valuable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate to all stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work and deliver to a high standard.
- A problem solver – energised by tackling complex problems. Utilise critical thinking, network, skills, knowledge and available data to drive better outcomes for our customers and the bank.
- Data driven decision making – using multiple sources of data and information to help contextualise and determine priorities.
