About the Role

ANZ’s Customer Migration Program is an exciting and genuinely transformative program for ANZ. Preparing for bank-led migration is a critical enabler of Australia Retail’s future state. Migrating customers to ANZ Plus and future platforms offers them access to our leading financial wellbeing tools and modern banking propositions. For us at ANZ it is also an important part of our multi-year transformation program, contributing to simplifying our business and reducing costs.

 

As a Journey Expert in the Customer Communications team, you will collaborate across the Customer Readiness Stream and a diverse stakeholder group to support delivery of communications to our customers. You will work closely with copywriters and other Journey Experts to develop and execute communications campaigns that inform customer in the lead up to their migration to ANZ Plus. Successfully executing on this will minimise the friction customers feel in their migration journey.

What will your day look like?

As a Journey Expert in Customer Communications, you are responsible for:

 

  • Understanding the migration customer journey to support the delivery of customer communications
  • Managing the end-to-end planning and execution of complex customer campaigns, including collaborating with teams across the campaign lifecycle, including Personalised Sales & Engagement, CDX, Internet Banking and ANZ Plus,
  • Managing and updating the communications delivery schedule to ensure we hit all our milestones
  • Coordinating the approval process for communication assets (e.g. emails, letters, etc.)
  • Analysing the success of our communication campaigns and identifying opportunities to optimise
  • Detailed documentation of key artefacts and approvals, utilising our standard planning and tracking tools including Confluence and Jira

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Strong ability to influence and build relationships to achieve a common goal
  • Analyses information available and makes information backed decisions in defining complex business requirements
  • Draws on multiple data sources and networks to understand the problem, devise innovative technical & non-technical solutions and deliver on the way forward, considering effective risk management processes and strategies
  • Proactively identifies, supports and drives opportunities for change
  • Intense customer focus and ability to develop communications that are simple to understand and compel action
  • Experience delivering multi-channel digital communications and tracking success metrics
  • Effective briefing and consultation skills to work with other teams to execute communications
