About the Role
As an Insto Digital Backbone - Onboarding Implementation Lead in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to lead the implementation of Digital Backbone with focus on customer AML risk rating and KYC related activities to networking the network for Institutional.
You will report to the Lead, Workflow and Architecture, your role will design, implement, and embed operational process and financial crime control uplift, with a focus on sustainable solutions that provide drive simplification and automation and improve end to end customer and banker experiences. Your role will also work closely with a wide range of stakeholders in the Division (business, operations, technology, projects) and Group (finance, risk, data governance, technology) to ensure a well-managed delivery.

What will your day look like?
As an Insto CRRM Implementation Lead, you will:

Work collaboratively with Institutional business teams, operational teams and financial crime to interpret business requirements, understand business impacts and define solution designs

Provide training documentation and prepare / review of customer artefacts

Develop target operating model and document new processes

Provide change expertise and assistance to project team members and delivery partners as needed

Perform quality reviews of proposed solutions to ensure they meet business objectives, and support delivery partners through the implementation of operational changes

Support change impact activities in alignment with ANZ’s Change Management Framework and support business and project
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Strong domain knowledge of customer services, products and channels of ANZ
• Proven Business Implementation experience within the ANZ
• Experience in Financial Crime or Risk and Compliance would be an advantage
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
• Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
• Experience in project delivery or embedding change into the business would be highly regarded
