About the Role

The SCFE Go-to-Market Initiative Lead orchestrates the end-to-end delivery of Go-to-Market outcomes across SCFE releases. The role connects Value Streams, delivery squads, Product, Technology, PMO and GTM workstreams to ensure scope, sequencing, dependencies and decisions are sufficiently mature to enable customer, colleague and operational readiness. Working in close partnership with the GTM Workstream Leads and Business Readiness Manager, the role converts the SCFE delivery roadmap into an integrated, executable GTM plan and actively manages package-level risks, trade-offs and decisions through activation, stabilisation and transition to BAU.

What will your day look like?

This job description emphasises leadership in agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and continuous improvement within a collaborative and dynamic environment at ANZ.

Delivery and Coordination

• Experienced in agile methodologies and principles, actively engaging with challenges and complex problems, bringing your value stream, squads and stakeholder with you
• Drive and coordinate the timing and delivery pace of features built by multiple engineering squads, managing interdependencies across technology areas, value streams and/or other parties
• Close collaboration with product owners and embedded risk, compliance, and legal leads managing end-to-end risk
• Utilise data and insights to report performance and continuously improve delivery speed and quality
• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement whilst partnering with Delivery Performance Lead and Agile Delivery Leads to strengthen standards and frameworks

Stakeholder Engagement and Team Leadership

• Partner with Agile Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to attain high performance and quality outcomes within squads 
• Partner with Value and/or Tech Platform Stream Leads to working together on planned outcomes foster unified engagement amongst stakeholders and squads
• Inspire Agile Delivery Leads and works closely with Agile Delivery Practice Leads to support their continual upskilling and career development

What will you bring?

Initiative Management

• Build, iterate, socialize and visualize the forward plan in line with initiative goals
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies with timely mitigation and escalation
• Identify systemic initiative risks and issues, and be an active contributor in regular risk forums.

Safely grow, run and iterate our live proposition

• Timely production deployments with minimal outage and impact
• Timely response and repair of production defects in line with SRE budget & priority

Constantly uplift our delivery capability and team dynamic

• Act as a trusted advisor on delivery health, risk and mitigant strategies
• Regular review and appraisal of our delivery approach
• Partner with Delivery Performance and Agile Practice Leads for continuous refinement.
   

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Act as a key contact point for initiative performance and escalation management
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to leads and other initiative team members
• Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and alignment across business and technology streams
