About the Role

ANZ is building a significantly better Australian Retail Bank with ANZ Plus. Customer Migration refers to the process of moving our customers to ANZ Plus so the benefits of our faster, simpler, and safer retail bank can be realised.

 

This exciting opportunity is available to join the Customer Migration - Hypercare Stream as an Initiative Lead.   

 

The Hypercare Stream sits under the Customer Migration Portfolio and is responsible to operationalise a dedicated customer facing team to support the move of customers to ANZ Plus.  Our mission is to design processes, systems and optimise digitisation opportunities to ensure our customers & people have the best possible experience at ANZ as we move towards ANZ Plus, while reducing complexity, risk and cost.

What will your day look like?

As an Initiative Lead within the Migration – Hypercare stream, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and ensuring that the Hypercare features aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Working with internal and external delivery partners to ensure visibility of the work and support the stream to deliver customer and business value at pace.  
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to guide continuous feature improvement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement changes to optimize Hypercare and its delivery process.
  • Contribute to our strong culture and engagement to support the steam’s growth and development through the work delivered.  

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Deep customer facing experience, and product expertise of Retail and/or Commercial banking products - i.e., how the customer servicing operates across the value chain, including key product features, channels, the systems and processes that support the product.
  • Demonstrated delivery experience across large programs, leading teams and working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver required outcomes
  • Ability to synthesize detailed information and present key insights to facilitate decision making.
  • Risk management knowledge - to identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses balancing the needs of our customers, stakeholders and the business .
  • An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands, be resilient in a dynamic environment and balance needs of our customers, stakeholders and the business
  • Proven leadership capability to motivate diverse teams, balance competing demands, and be resilient in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
