About the Role
As an Initiative Lead - Head of Migrant Segment in our Marketing team, you'll play a key role in helping shape and drive the enterprise segment plan that will increase ANZ’s share of Migrant MFI, by acquiring, engaging and retaining new Migrant customers.
This newly created role is essential to the bank's ability to meet its ambition to be truly customer centric, making it indispensable to ANZ's long-term success and market leadership in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

What will your day look like?
As an Initiative Lead - Head of Migrant Segment, you will:

Collaborate across a broad and diverse, strategic senior stakeholder group – within Customer Engagement, the Retail division and the wider Enterprise – to ensure alignment, effective resource allocation and strategic integration.

Act as the conduit between business stakeholders and the broader marketing and digital functions

Partner across Retail (Classic and Plus) and the broader Group to shape the long term vision for the segment, develop the strategic capability roadmap required to win at each stage of the Migrant customer lifecycle

Establish strong program governance (performance metrics and execution) and ensure delivery is executed across various teams

Play a pivotal role in focusing teams and stakeholders on the biggest growth opportunities, building the business case and driving performance outcomes, efficacy and commerciality of the programme

Lead the development of Migrant segment propositions and marketing strategy, partnering across the Marketing function to deliver the GTM plan

Work with product partners to design and deliver product features that are bespoke to our Migrant customers
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Strong experience in direct-to-consumer banking in strategic marketing / project management / product management

Proven commercial acumen, and an understanding of portfolio economics/financial levers

Extremely well-developed skills in the execution of cross-division business strategy – along with a pragmatic and iterative approach to delivering real impact and finding common enablers across multiple pools of demand, especially in cost constrained environments

Proven expertise leveraging analytics and customer behavioural insights

Worked in ambiguity, and large complex regulatory environments

Demonstrated strategic thinking

Brilliant communicator

Digitally and data literate with a passion for innovation and creating what’s possible

Demonstrated ability to contribute to problem solving, contributing to finding business solution
