About the Role
The Implementation SME / Coach supports the implementation and embedding of PACT Compliance deliverables across the Enterprise with a primary focus on Conduct Risk (including Complaints Management), Obligation Management, Product Governance and Regulatory Management.
This role exists to help translate PACT target state designs into effective business implementation across all impacted Divisions and Functions. It requires strong enterprise-wide transformation and change delivery experience, combined with risk and compliance knowledge, to support large-scale business adoption of new frameworks, processes, governance and behaviours across multiple portfolios.
The role uses sound judgment and stakeholder engagement to drive practical implementation outcomes and support sustainable embedding of transformation change across complex business environments.

What will your day look like?
- Lead implementation of PACT Compliance deliverables within business areas, helping move agreed changes from design into execution and business as usual across enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Translate target state frameworks, policies and operating models into practical processes, tools and ways of working that can be adopted consistently across teams as part of broader enterprise transformation.
- Partner with business teams to build capability, clarify accountabilities and embed new risk and compliance requirements into existing workflows across multiple portfolios.
- Identify implementation barriers, risks and dependencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve them in a timely and practical way to support successful transformation outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of artefacts such as obligation libraries, product governance policy and procedures, conduct risk frameworks and metrics, complaints management standards, regulatory change processes and controls mapping.
- Coach leaders, product owners and risk champions to apply PACT requirements in practical decision-making scenarios.
- Support uplift in risk and compliance maturity by reinforcing practical judgment, customer outcomes and regulatory intent.
- Promote consistent understanding of roles across the Three Lines of Defence, particularly in relation to product governance and obligations ownership.
- Support implementation outcomes that align to regulatory intent, risk appetite and customer outcomes.
- Identify implementation risks and issues, escalate appropriately and support resolution.
- Help ensure implementation and embedding evidence is captured to support internal and external review.
What will you bring?
- Strong professional experience in Financial Services, with sound risk and compliance knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience delivering and embedding enterprise-wide transformation, regulatory, risk or compliance change across large, complex organisations.
- Strong experience leading business implementation activity across large-scale transformation programs, multiple portfolios, stakeholder groups and operational teams.
- Proven ability to support enterprise-wide business adoption, embedding and uplift of new frameworks, processes, governance and ways of working.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and operate effectively in evolving environments where priorities and direction may continue to develop.
- Strong delivery mindset with the ability to take ownership of implementation outcomes and support sustainable embedding of enterprise-wide transformation change.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support adoption of enterprise-wide transformation change across complex stakeholder environments.
