About the Role
As a Home Owner Coach in our team, you’ll play a key role in helping to enhance the customer experience and delivering exceptional results across the key dimensions of identifying customer needs, Home Loans sales and cross sell thereby assisting with creating Main Bank customers. The team focuses on supporting customers throughout their home ownership journey from saving for a deposit, first home ownership and property investments. Key focus is to explore opportunities to acquire new home loan and deposit customers via a needs based conversation.

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
What will your day look like?
As a Remote Lending, you will have the opportunity to:
• Provide exceptional customer experience through a stake holders
• Help our customers meet their financial needs while going through a home buyer’s journey
• Give expert advice on Home Lending relevant for the customers’ needs at a time and place that suits them
• Be the Home Lending ‘advocate’ for your stake holders and build strong relationships
• Meet the financial needs of customers through quality interactions and providing financial solutions
• Ensure adherence to ANZ policies, processes and external regulatory and legislative requirements
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Leadership and coaching capabilities
- Role models a strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Proactive, shows initiative
- Being an active user and promoter of technology
- Mortgages Credit knowledge an advantage
