What will your day look like?

The Home Loan Servicing Officer is a well-trained mortgage industry professional, who is focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes, that are both well managed and meet the needs of the customer. The incumbent is always aware of the need to follow not only internal policies but ANZ’s regulatory obligations.

 

They are dedicated to supporting frontline staff and helping customers on their home loan journey. As such, they will handle and action most maintenance and service-related enquiries for home loan accounts- including but not limited to- loading interest margin discounts, actioning non-credit critical renewals, payment reversals, redraw, reconciliation activities and working on resolving errors.
