About the role

As a Home & Investment Lending Assistant, your role is to work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.

You will coach customers through each step of the journey, ensure their experience with ANZ is seamless and maintain relationships with existing customers. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ. 

Role Location: 331-339 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000

Role Type: Permanent, full time role

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you should bring in the following: 

• Role model strong customer focus, preferably with home lending and retail banking experience 

• Financially savvy and active user and promoter of technology

• Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity

• Proactive, shows initiative with strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve problems

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment

• High level of attention to detail is essential
