The Head of Australia Marketing is critical to making this happen and will be responsible for improving our brand reputation, deepening customer relationships and growing revenue through innovative Marketing programmes which support Institutional Australia’s agenda.
This experienced marketing leader uses superior commercial marketing and stakeholder skills to accelerate our customer centricity agenda, and uplift marketing’s credibility and contribution as a key growth enabler and trusted strategic partner for the Australian Institutional business.
Working with product, coverage, sector, marketing and communications colleagues, the role brings the marketing smarts to establish a coordinated whole-of-customer marketing cadence for Australia that authentically engages the right customers with tailored, targeted initiatives, executes beautifully, streamlines the everyday, and frees capacity for uplift.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Institutional Australia
- Measure and evaluate the contribution of Australia marketing plan activities to reputation, relationships and revenue
- Deliver coordinated, coherent plans across coverage and product with customer at the heart
- Derive data-led insights from research and data to focus engagement on the right customers and optimise marketing performance
- Build once for many, working with marketing colleagues to uplift campaign consistency, longevity and cross-sell across geography, sector and product

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Comprehensive understanding and experience of B2B financial services marketing, media and creative agency processes, advertising, promotions, sponsorship, events management, direct marketing, online and digital channel marketing
- Strategic marketing track record of commerciality and customer centricity
- Superior relationship and stakeholder influencing skills, effectively influencing to drive optimum results
- Proven track record of planning, executing and optimising complex marketing campaigns
- Experience in developing and managing significant B2B marketing campaigns
- Institutional experience and knowledge of the Australian Institutional landscape
- Marketing agency leadership and optimisation
