The Governance Senior Analyst is critical to making this happen and will entail working with stakeholders and other team members to complete tasks that may include:
- Analysis, such as research and discovery skills in order to design and develop solutions, to drive improvement and optimise outcomes.
- Planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, including managing delivery to schedules, contributing to project planning, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, and being self-directed in work practices.
- Stakeholder engagement, such as driving engagement with project stakeholders across Risk, Divisions and project sponsors/senior staff to deliver compliant outcomes.
- Delivery and Change Management, working within the ANZ Delivery Framework to design and deliver change.
- Technical Writing, such as developing policy, processes, training, system requirements or other material.
- Facilitating collaboration, participating actively as part of the team.
This role would suit candidates experienced in financial crime risk management, who enjoy working in high-performing teams in a project environment to bring about positive change. Prior experience in a compliance or governance function (preferably in Banking/Financial Services) would be advantageous.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Relevant experience in financial crime management, preferably including experience in projects, developing process documents, and implementing these into operation
- Curious and constantly exploring innovations, industry/environmental changes
- Comfortable to ‘roll up the sleeves’ and work hands-on, collaboratively with passion and energy as a key member of a fast-paced agile team
- Strong verbal, written and numeracy communication skills
- Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a medium complexity and works collaboratively as part of a team
- Quickly establish professional working relationships and be able to build strong collaboration and networks internally
