About the Role

Reporting to the Senior FAR Governance Framework Manager, you will be a key team member proactively working with the Senior FAR Governance Framework Manager and the broader team to supporting a range of initiatives across the ANZ Group and its accountable entities under FAR.

What will your day look like?

As a FAR Governance Senior Analyst, you will be part of a small team responsible for providing thought leadership and commercially pragmatic advice on the FAR Governance framework and strategy.  

Your key accountabilities in this role will include:

•    Proactive stakeholder management and engagement, with a can do attitude.
•    Supporting the management and co-ordination of regulatory notifications, including maintaining a central repository to track the pipeline of upcoming changes and the regulatory notifications submitted.
•    Designing and maintaining the team's intranet pages and communications.
•    Supporting the team and key stakeholders on a range of activities (designing tools, training materials) and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring the following:

• Experience within financial services, consulting or another large organisation.
• Experience managing small projects, initiatives or events.
• Proven ability to establish, build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding administrative and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail with focus on quality, accuracy and timeliness.
