About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in providing high level support to Managing Director - Retail Non-Financial Risk, Australia Retail.

Role Type: 12 month opportunity
Role Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane 
Work Hours: Full time

What will your day look like?

As an Executive Assistant, you are accountable for:

  • Proactive diary management inclusive of meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries/logistics
  • Management of all flight, transfers, visas, and accommodation bookings, ensuring cost effectiveness
  • Invoicing and expenses management
  • Ensuring key governance meetings are set up
  • Support the team to execute well on key initiatives and events
  • Liaise with external regulatory stakeholders to coordinate and manage diary commitments

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Experience in providing support to Senior Executives within the organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all tasks and deliverables
  • Experience in managing project work and meeting governance
  • Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
  • Proven ability to build strong, open, and collaborative working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative, being proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues
  • Extensive experience in administration in a fast-paced, quick changing environment
